Floriane, étudiante boursière à l'EM Normandie / Floriane, scholarship student at EM Normandy

Nous sommes heureux de partager avec vous le parcours de Floriane, l'une de nos étudiantes boursières à l'EM Normandie. Comme beaucoup d'étudiants, Floriane avait un objectif : intégrer une grande école de commerce et devenir une professionnelle accomplie dans le domaine qui l'intéressait. Cependant, cet objectif était presque impossible à réaliser en raison de sa situation financière. La Fondation EM Normandie a été en mesure de lui accorder une bourse, ce qui a permis à Floriane de poursuivre ses études et de réaliser son rêve. La Fondation EM Normandie s'efforce de rendre accessible l'éducation supérieure à tous les étudiants talentueux, indépendamment de leur origine sociale ou de leur situation financière.

« La bourse de la Fondation a eu un impact important dans ma vie. J’ai dû faire un prêt à la banque pour intégrer l’EM Normandie, plafonné à 20 000€, mais cela n’était pas suffisant pour les 3 années d’études qui s’élevaient à 33 000€. 

Je suis intéressée par le commerce depuis mon plus jeune âge, car depuis toute petite, je voyais ma mère travailler dans ce domaine, ainsi que dans l’événementiel, et ce secteur m’a plu. 

Mes projets à l’EM Normandie sont de réussir mes études, d’en apprendre plus sur les différentes branches du commerce, et tirer le plus d’expérience possible de mon expatriation que j’aimerais effectuer en 3eme année. Si mes notes me le permettent, je souhaiterais partir en Corée du Sud !

En parallèle, je travaille dans la restauration pour payer mes études. Je remercie la Fondation, et les donateurs de me donner cette opportunité de pouvoir intégrer une grande école de commerce comme l’EM Normandie, qui va être déterminante pour mon avenir. »

We are pleased to share with you the story of Floriane, one of our scholarship students at EM Normandie. Like many students, Floriane had one goal: to enter a top business school and become a successful professional in her chosen field. However, this goal was almost impossible to achieve because of her financial situation. The EM Normandie Foundation was able to grant her a scholarship, which allowed Floriane to continue her studies and realise her dream. The EM Normandie Foundation strives to make higher education accessible to all talented students, regardless of their social background or financial situation.

"The Foundation's scholarship has had an important impact on my life. I had to take out a loan from the bank to get into EM Normandie, with a ceiling of €20,000, but this was not enough for the 3 years of study which amounted to €33,000. 

I have been interested in business since I was a child, as I saw my mother working in this field, as well as in event management, and I liked this sector. 

My plans at EM Normandie are to succeed in my studies, to learn more about the different branches of business, and to get as much experience as possible from my expatriation that I would like to do in my 3rd year. If my grades allow it, I would like to go to South Korea!

In parallel, I work in the restaurant business to pay for my studies. I would like to thank the Foundation and its donors for giving me this opportunity to join a great business school like EM Normandie, which will be decisive for my future.”
