L'Association Alumni s'engage dans une démarche RSE / The Alumni Association is committed to CSR

Dans la continuité du partenariat initié en début d'année avec Alumni For The Planet, l'Association Alumni a souhaité aller plus loin en s'engageant dans une démarche RSE, démarche actée en juillet dernier par le Conseil d'Administration. 

Durant le deuxième semestre 2021, l'Association travaillera sur sa stratégie RSE et son plan d'action puis se formera sur des sujets comme la compliance ou encore la communication responsable. 

Lors du premier semestre 2022, elle proposera à ses membres plusieurs ateliers : 

• Sensibilisation des participants aux enjeux sociaux, environnementaux et économiques
• Autodiagnostic de son entreprise sur la base d’un référentiel 
• Construction d’un plan d’action au vu des résultats de l’autodiagnostic
• Structuration et choix des indicateurs pertinents à intégrer à l'activité 
• Sensibilisation à la communication responsable afin de valoriser les actions.

In the framework of the partnership formed at the start of the year with Alumni For The Planet, the Alumni Association decided to go a step further by implementing a CSR approach, which was approved last July by the Board of Directors. 

During the second half of 2021, the Association will work on its CSR strategy and its action plan. It will then train in areas such as compliance and responsible communications. 

During the first half of 2022, members will be given the opportunity to attend different workshops: 

• Raising participants' awareness of social, environmental and economic issues
• Assessing your company’s status quo based on a reference framework 
• Devising an action plan following the company assessment
• Structuring and selecting relevant indicators to incorporate into the activity 
• Raising awareness of responsible communications to promote initiatives.
