Etudiants EMiens, bénéficiez du programme de Mentoring ! / EMiens students, take advantage of the Mentoring programme !

Depuis plusieurs années, l'Association Alumni EM Normandie propose à ses membres à vie en dernière année de cursus à l'Ecole, de participer au programme de mentoring et chaque année, vous êtes de plus en plus nombreux à souhaiter en bénéficier !

Le mentoring est basé sur le volontariat et représente une démarche d’entraide au sein de la communauté.

Il permet le partage d’expériences et de conseils sur des sujets pour lequel le mentor est expérimenté. Si tu souhaites bénéficier du mentoring, le mentor t'aidera alors dans le développement de ton projet professionnel. L’objectif n’est pas de te trouver concrètement un stage ou un emploi, mais de t’aider dans ton approche.

Le mentoring s’étend sur une période de 6 mois entre janvier et juin ou plus si nécessaire (sur décision commune entre le mentor et toi).

Planning :

• Lundi 3 janvier 2022 : ouverture de la plateforme aux étudiants via le site Alumni pour inscription et choix du mentor
• Mardi 11 janvier 2022 : webinar de lancement à 18h30. Obligatoire pour les étudiants
• Lundi 14 mars 2022 : bilan à mi-parcours du mentoring
• Lundi 13 juin 2022 : bilan du mentoring

For several years, the EM Normandie Alumni Association has offered its members in the last year of their studies at the School to participate in the mentoring programme and each year more and more of you want to take advantage of it!

Mentoring is voluntary and represents a mutual aid approach within the community.

It allows the sharing of experiences and advice on topics for which the mentor is experienced. If you wish to take advantage of mentoring, the mentor will then help you in the development of your professional project. The objective is not to concretely find an internship or a job, but to help you in your approach.

Mentoring extends over a period of 6 months between January and June or more if necessary (by joint decision of the mentor and you).

Schedule:

• Monday, 3 January 2022: opening of the platform via the Alumni website to students for registration and choice of mentor
• Tuesday, 11 January 2022: launch webinar at 6:30 p.m. Mandatory for students
• Monday, 14 March 2022: mid-term review of mentoring
• Monday, 13 June 2022: review of mentoring
