The EM Normandie Alumni mentoring programme is an opportunity for students to benefit from the knowledge and experience of our graduates.

Thanks to the mentoring programme, you have the opportunity to learn from experienced graduates and benefit from their advice. You can develop your network by meeting graduates who could become future employees or even recruiters. Mentoring is a mutual exchange, enabling both parties to progress together!

By joining, you will be paired with a graduate of your choice.

Our mentoring sessions can be held in person, by telephone or online, depending on your preferences.
