EM students, benefit from the Mentoring programme!

For several years, the EM Normandie Alumni Association has offered its members to participate in the mentoring programme and each year more and more of you want to take advantage of it!

Mentoring is voluntary and represents a mutual aid approach within the community.

It allows the sharing of experiences and advice on topics for which the mentor is experienced. If you wish to take advantage of mentoring, the mentor will then help you in the development of your professional project. The objective is not to concretely find an internship or a job, but to help you in your approach.

Mentoring takes place over a defined period of time between you and the mentor.

To benefit from Mentoring, go to the alumni website via your profile to register and choose a mentor.
