EM Normandie moves to a new Paris campus!
For 150 years, EM Normandie has been innovating, investing, daring and breaking new ground to offer students an ever more intense and formative learning experience. And for this special anniversary year in the history of our School, we are delighted to announce the opening of a spectacular new campus... in Paris!
Construction of this magnificent building, designed by renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, is already well underway. The first phase of occupancy is scheduled for early 2022.
This is a strategically important milestone: More spacious, brighter, greener and high-tech, this new campus will be a strong distinguishing feature, an additional lever of attractiveness and, following on from the extension of the Caen campus, will confirm the Group's commitment to the environment. After the extension of the Caen campus, the relocation of the Dublin and Oxford campuses and the opening of the new Le Havre campus, it confirms our determination to offer an outstanding learning environment.
This future campus is located just outside Paris (17th arrondissement), in the heart of a rapidly revitalizing urban area, in Clichy La Garenne (92), in the immediate vicinity of Levallois-Perret, at 30-32 rue Henri Barbusse.
Spread over 10 levels, it offers nearly 14,000 sq. m. of work, meeting and service spaces, complemented by nearly 2,000sq. m. of planted terraces and interior gardens.
Open to the entire EM Normandie community, the new campus will welcome students and vocational trainees, but graduates won't be outdone either, as a Maison des Alumni will be dedicated to them!
Because Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility issues are at the heart of EM Normandie's commitments, this campus is aiming for HQE Bâtiment Durable, Breeam International New Construction 2016 and Well Conception Gold certifications as soon as it becomes operational.
