Why become a Mentor?

1. Give the best of yourself: you've acquired skills, knowledge and experience that deserve to be shared. Mentoring is an opportunity for you to give back to the EM Normandie community and share your expertise with younger EM students.
2. Build your network: mentoring gives you the opportunity to meet passionate students, and therefore graduates in the making, who could become valuable allies.
3. Learn and identify talent: mentoring is a mutual exchange.You may be surprised by the new perspectives, fresh ideas and emerging skills you discover through your interactions with students/graduates.

How does it work?

The EM Normandie Alumni Mentoring program is designed to maximize benefits for all participants. You will be matched with a student/graduate based on your skills, experience and areas of common interest. Mentoring can take place in person, by phone or online, to suit your preferences.
