Presentation:

As a professional coach and business coach, I work mainly with women entrepreneurs and managers to help them meet their day-to-day challenges.

My coaching focuses on two areas:

- Develop the business: organization, offering, relationships...
- Developing the manager: posture, leadership, confidence...

100% made-to-measure and remotely, I also intervene on subjects such as taking up a new position, loss of meaning or professional reconversion, to accompany every woman in her entrepreneurial or professional journey.

Location(s) :

Distance only

Professional background :

I began my career in retail, where I worked for almost ten years in sales development. Every two years, my positions changed - sometimes by choice, sometimes by necessity - and these transitions taught me resilience, adaptation and initiative. Above all, they enabled me to develop solid skills in business steering, analysis, reporting and management, in demanding and constantly changing environments.

After these rich but intense years, I felt a real need for a change. I needed to get closer to my core training: entrepreneurship. This is what led me to retrain in certified professional coaching and co-development, to fully strengthen my position as a coach.

I then joined an organization dedicated to entrepreneurs, where I was a consultant and then department manager. There, I led internal transformation projects and supervised a team, while continuing to support different profiles in the field. This dual role, strategic and operational, enabled me to support over 300 entrepreneurs.

This career path has given me a 360° vision of how a company works, whether large or small, solid expertise in business structuring and analysis, and a coaching posture based on listening, empathy and getting things moving.

Today, I'm pursuing this commitment as a freelancer, focusing mainly on women entrepreneurs and managers. I'm convinced that entrepreneurship means moving forward serenely, without being alone. Whether you're launching a new business or a new project, knowing how to be supported helps you make the right decisions and progress more serenely. It's this conviction that guides my day-to-day coaching.
