Presentation:

Talking about yourself is undoubtedly the most difficult exercise! But let's play the game! Above all, let's do it with sincerity, authenticity and confidence.

Not only am I Franco-Swiss, I also have Greek roots! Married, mother of 3 boys! I'm a polyglot and a globe-trotter. Apart from my studies, I've been nourished by my travels and numerous multicultural encounters, and I've always cultivated a genuine curiosity and a real sense for relationships with others, discovery, the richness of exchanges and interactions. I've been so nourished by all these encounters!

As a sportswoman too, I took part in competitive sports at a very early age, notably in horse-riding, where I won the French championship at the age of 12. What I got out of it was a taste for challenge, surpassing oneself, team spirit and rigorous training.

If I had to describe my uniqueness, I'd say it lies in my sense of people, in the ease with which I create links and unite teams around projects.

Like everyone else, I have values: integrity, respect, sharing, but also perseverance and courage. What I also like is the notion of surpassing oneself, the discovery of the little "extra" that enables us to go further.

I don't take anything for granted, I question, I question myself, I move forward in my Life.

I would like to conclude with a quote that also illustrates the exciting work of a coach:

"There are no fair winds for those who don't know where they're going".
