Afterwork EM Normandie X ANDRH: "Understanding generations X, Y, Z. The centrality of work in our lives".
For many, work is at the center of our lives. But do all generations place the center in the same place? Beyond clichés and stereotypes, we need to understand the contributions and expectations of the different generations, so we can better support them and move the collective forward.
Join us on Thursday June 13, 2024 from 6:45pm to 10:30pm on theEM Normandie campus, 30-32 Rue Henri Barbusse, 92110 Clichy, for a conference where we'll explore the following themes:
- Generations X, Y and Z: what are we talking about?
- Generations and commitment: are young people all disengaged?
- Generations and authority: can we manage the generations?
Speakers:Xavier Philippe, Professor of sociology of work and author of several scientific studies and articles on generations, Serge Voiry, Managing Director of SV RH Conseil, Mediator and HR Director in a start-up, and XXXX
They will be sharing their work, testimonials and best practices to meet the individual and organizational challenges of intergenerational management.
