Nominations - Jean-Louis GREGOIRE devient le nouveau Président du Conseil d’Administration de l’EM Normandie / Jean-Louis GREGOIRE becomes the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of EM Normandie

Le Conseil d’Administration de l’EM Normandie a acté, lors de son Assemblée Générale du 7 octobre, la nomination de Jean-Louis GREGOIRE en tant que Président. Il remplace François RAOUL-DUVAL qui occupait la fonction depuis le 1er janvier 2007, date à laquelle l’EM Normandie est devenue officiellement une association à but non lucratif. 

Diplômé de l’EM Normandie en 1968 et titulaire d'un MBA de la Michigan State University, Jean-Louis GREGOIRE commence sa carrière chez Xerox où il reste 7 ans dont 3 à Londres en tant que Product Manager. En 1979, il rejoint le cabinet de conseil AT Kearney à Chicago et à Paris comme Consultant. En 1986, il devient Directeur des opérations de Gestetner (Groupe NRG-Ricoh), avant d'en prendre la présidence en 1990. En 1996, il intègre Canon France en tant que Directeur de la Région Ile-de-France avant d’être nommé Président Directeur Général en 2002. En 2006, il rejoint Canon Europe (EMEA) à Londres au poste de VP EMEA & Chief of Corporate Strategy. De 2011 à 2020, il s’investit dans l’univers des startups et devient Directeur Général de l’association Citizen Entrepreneurs qui organise chaque année le G20 des Jeunes Entrepreneurs pour la délégation française. En parallèle, il est administrateur de plusieurs TPE/PME. 

Très impliqué dans le développement de l’EM Normandie, Jean-Louis GREGOIRE a participé au lancement de la Fondation en 2016, dont il est actuellement le Président.

The Board of Directors of EM Normandie recorded, at its general meeting of 7 October, the appointment of Jean-Louis GREGOIRE as President. He replaces François RAOUL-DUVAL who had held the position since 1 January 2007, when EM Normandie officially became a non-profit association. 

A graduate of EM Normandie in 1968 and holder of an MBA from Michigan State University, Jean-Louis GREGOIRE began his career at Xerox where he stayed for 7 years, including 3 years in London as a Product Manager. In 1979, he joined the AT Kearney consulting firm in Chicago and Paris as a consultant. In 1986, he became Director of Operations of Gestetner (NRG-Ricoh Group), before becoming President in 1990. In 1996, he joined Canon France as Director of the Ile-de-France Region before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2002. In 2006, he joined Canon Europe (EMEA) in London as VP EMEA & Chief of Corporate Strategy. From 2011 to 2020, he got involved in the world of startups and became Managing Director of the Citizen Entrepreneurs association, which organises the G20 of Young Entrepreneurs every year for the French delegation. At the same time, he is a director of several VSEs / SMEs. 

Very involved in the development of EM Normandie, Jean-Louis GREGOIRE participated in the launch of the Foundation in 2016, of which he is currently the President.
