Career path:

The first part of my career led me to operational roles in HR, where I worked in international companies with sales, marketing and head office functions; then I took on a global Talent management role. All in all, about 18 years.

Then I took the plunge and set up my own business as an independent consultant, helping companies and teams with their HR and managerial issues... that was 8 years ago.
