Les Compagnons du compost, founded by Morgane NOURY (class of 2016), helps catering professionals, local authorities and collective restaurants to implement a solution for reducing and composting their food waste.
Regulations concerning the obligation to sort and recover bio-waste are evolving. Since 2016, all producers of more than 10 tons of biowaste per year have been required to recycle it. On January 1, 2023, this threshold will be reduced to 5 tonnes per year. On January 31, 2023, sorting and recovery will be extended to the entire population.
