Ma petite étincelle, life coaching or how to rekindle your inner flame

Christelle SERY (class of 2014) had her career path all mapped out for her following her master's degree in entrepreneurship at EM Normandie, where she gained five years' experience in an auditing firm.

Despite her rise in this company, where she obtained positions of responsibility, Christelle was not in phase with her values, particularly human ones. Christelle sought the support of a professional development coach, became aware of her hypersensitivity and, when she suffered a burnout, she developed a real passion for psychology and coaching. It was this spark that led her to train and then launch her life coaching business in Le Havre and abroad.

Her mission: to listen to you, understand where you are today, guide you through self-questioning, pass on tips, suggest exercises and challenges to help you discover yourself and rekindle your life flame.
