Lodge'us, innovative accommodation solution for work-study students

Lodge'us is a French start-up, created in January 2023 by Tristan Quero and Tanguy Prevotat (both class of 2023), which offers affordable accommodation specifically suited to work-study students. As students, Tristan and Tanguy have both personally experienced the difficulties of finding accommodation.

The Lodge'us concept is based on connecting students with landlords offering long-term rental accommodation. Lodge'us sets itself apart from other companies by offering an additional service for connecting with potential roommates, so that students can share accommodation and keep costs down.

It also differs from other rental platforms by providing personalised support to students throughout their accommodation search. The Lodge'us team is made up of housing advisors who help students find the accommodation that best suits their needs and their budget.

As well as connecting landlords and students, Lodge'us also offers additional services such as cleaning, unpaid rent guarantees and rental management. These services allow landlords to rent their home with peace of mind and students to have a secure rental experience.
