Legion of Honour recognition for Valérie LE BOULANGER

Valérie LE BOULANGER (class of 1984), President of the Alumni Association since 2020, was awarded the Legion of Honour on Thursday 16 December in a ceremony held at the Maison de l’Amérique latine in Paris.

The decoration was presented to her by Christine ALBANEL, former French Minister of Culture, in recognition not only of her rich and successful career but also of her inspiring character.

After obtaining her degree, Valérie began her career in Crédit du Nord, where she spent 25 years and eventually became Social Relations Director for the group. She then occupied the same role at Caisse d’Épargne, and then at the Orange Group.

Throughout her Career, Valérie has shown dedication, perseverance and the ability to handle senior responsibilities and bring up her three children at the same time.

“Valérie is a woman of conviction, passionate and committed. We are proud to count her as a member of our network and thank her for her active dedication to the Alumni Association”, said Elodie PRUNIER-TAVEIRNE (class of 1998), Manon ABAZIOU (class of 2017) and Julien CASSEGRAIN (years of 1999 and 2017), the Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Alumni Association respectively, who attended the ceremony.
