I like to bring out the best in people.

I work with young people to help them make the right career choices, define their career plans and develop the self-confidence they need to enter the world of work.

The Jeunes Orientation Coaching approach is structured, based on recognised tests (MBTI, RIASEC), and can be used on an individual basis, in small groups, or as part of programmes set up by high schools, grandes écoles and universities - in French or English.

Salut C' Moi ! is an online coaching programme that enables the self-knowledge approach to be rolled out to as many groups of students as possible.

I offer to train coaches in my method and adults to become ‘Talent Revealers’ with the young people they coach. Our training courses are QUALIOPI certified. They are described on the website www.jo-coaching.fr.

5 years at Thomson CGR then GE Medical Systems as a buyer then purchasing manager, in France and the United States

6 years with KPMG Paris then KPMG Prague as a purchasing consultant and trainer, then manager (in Prague)
