Presentation:

I'm Camille, a state-certified coach since 2020. After 15 years in the luxury and fashion industry, I decided to make a career change. Professional and personal reasons led me to make this change. At work, my role as manager had become my main source of fulfillment, but it was unfortunately not the core of my profession. A skills assessment and a quest for meaning led me to go back to school to become a professional coach.

Today I am self-employed and work with 4 customer profiles:

- Adults undergoing retraining, professional repositioning

- Employees in vulnerable situations

- High school and university students from priority zones

- People coping with illness

Their link? I want to democratize coaching, making it accessible to all, without barriers. This is one of my core values, a mission I'm happy to fulfil on a daily basis. I'm trained in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), which is my foundation, my coaching "DNA". My specialization in health coaching comes from who I am, where I come from... a family in the medical world spanning several generations! Whether we're going through the ordeal of an illness, choosing a career path, going through a period of fragility or questioning our professional future, we all need support and guidance to help us take a step aside, change our way of looking at things, and make things evolve so that we can move forward. There's a phrase I like a lot by Saint Augustine: "Go forward on your road, for it only exists through your walk". It captures the idea of coaching: it's a path, an evolution, a process of change. And if we're the only ones who can decide on a change for ourselves, we need help to question ourselves, to be challenged and to see things more clearly. There's no coaching if there's no request. I'm here to accompany you, not to direct you.
