The Alumni Association's Human Resources Club, led by three captains, is a forum for exchange and reflection for graduates and students with a passion for the Human Resources professions.

The club's aim is to bring together a community of alumni around the major issues facing the sector: talent management, digital transformation, diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and much more.

It also organizes events such as themed conferences, practical workshops and networking sessions, and shares exclusive resources to support its members in their professional development.

The Human Resources Club is run by three graduates with rich and complementary backgrounds:

  • Fanny LOUVEL (class of 2019): Freelance HR & recruitment consultant (currently with Vallourec), professional coach and content creator on TapoteRH. With 7 years' experience, notably at L'Oréal and Accenture, Fanny brings to the club her expertise in talent management and coaching.

  • Matthieu CRESPO (class of 2011): Human Resources Director at LVMH Beauty, Matthieu has over 10 years' experience in multicultural environments, in a variety of sectors including luxury goods, cosmetics and media. He puts his strategic and international vision at the service of club members.

  • Jean-Baptiste DACQUIN (class of 1996): HR General Manager of the Printemps Group, Jean-Baptiste combines entrepreneurial spirit, brand management, customer experience and digital acceleration. His career path has led him to pilot major transformations and contexts of strong growth, at the crossroads of strategic management and HR.
