Webinar - Royal roads and side roads: alumni careers and work relationships
Royal roads and unexpected paths: Explore the careers and relationships of EM Normandie alumni and others!
What do we really know about the careers of our alumni? Of course, some well-established paths lead to management positions in major corporations or in consulting. But aren't these "royal" paths just part of the story?
What more alternative, sometimes less visible paths are just as exciting and worth discovering? In a rapidly changing world of work, these new trajectories reflect profound changes in the expectations of graduates, as well as those of society.
Discover the results of EM Roads' *barometer of the relationship to work*, which highlights trends and atypical profiles, as well as the first-ever study of the career paths of EM Normandie graduates. Whether you're looking for new perspectives, or an HR manager looking for new sourcing and mobility strategies, this webinar will provide you with innovative insights into tomorrow's developments.
Join us for a dive into the realities and perspectives of today's - and tomorrow's - professional world!
