The "mid-life crisis" or "mid-life crisis", which can happen at any other time in life, is not a legend, and many people have been through this stage.

Although not a compulsory step, it often provides the opportunity for a mid-course assessment, enabling the individual to reconnect with his or her interests, values, or even a way of life that makes more sense to him or her.

This rethinking doesn't necessarily lead to retraining, but it does enable a certain transition to be made in one's personal life.
