After 27 years as a salaried employee in positions of responsibility in the insurance sector, Frédérique CINTRAT became an entrepreneur on the eve of her 50th birthday (silver economy consulting and support, and conferences on ambition and Quinquas in business) with Axielles and Assurancielles.

In 2023, at the age of 57, having just published a new book by Dunod entitled "Re-entreprendre sa vie après 50 ans" (Re-entreprising your life after 50), and still invested in issues linked to gender diversity and the second half of one's career, she took up a new challenge by becoming Director of a new company.ve taken up a new challenge by becoming Managing Director of Marguerite Services, a Care Management start-up that helps employees who are caregivers, often those over 45, while continuing to work as a speaker and mentor.

In 2020, she was named one of the 40 inspiring French women by Forbes.
