Sharing Alumni x Alumni experiences : What hybrid organizations for the post-Covid era?
It will have escaped no one's notice that there will be a post-pandemic "post-world", including for management. This topic was already discussed in our last issue of Alumni Magazine, but it deserves further attention, and it's in this context that Christophe will be addressing the community on September 21.
The organization of work will probably no longer be the same, but neither will it be the 100% telecommuting that many are familiar with today, so what phygital (or hybrid) form could it take?
Human Resources departments and managers will have to rethink not only working time and space, but also managerial practices.
Christophe proposes to look back at the various issues facing tomorrow's employees. We'll be looking in particular at the implementation of a phygital organization, since 30 to 40% of time will probably be spent working from home, and at the modalities of post-work management, which will represent a real challenge for team leaders.
