HR trainer and influencer Amélie Favre Guittet is the founder of Talent Management, a company specializing in HR marketing strategies, management consulting and career-related training. She runs the MADIRCOM, PIMP MY CAREER and BOOST ME UP brands. As an author, she has written a book entitled "30 pratiques RH pour valoriser les seniors en entreprise" ("30 HR practices for valuing seniors in the workplace"). At the same time, she works on the HR Tech MaVoie.org board, and in her spare time, she volunteers for an association that helps abandoned cats.

After a career in organization and communications consulting in a law firm and a media group, Axelle Bonamy created the^1st luxury clothing rental service in 2009, to help women dress for important career events. For the past 15 years, she has been helping executives, politicians and journalists manage their image. She also works with companies to make teams aware of the importance of their clothing message and help them gain in confidence.

A state-qualified trainer since 2020, Camille made a career change after 15 years in the luxury and fashion industries.Today, she works independently with 4 profiles: adults undergoing retraining, professional repositioning, employees in vulnerable situations, high school and university students in priority areas, and people coping with illness. She is trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which is the foundation of her coaching "DNA". Her specialization in health coaching comes from who she is, where she comes from: a family in the medical world spanning several generations!
