Club Transmission : Assessing the value of a business: a key step in the sale / buyout process.
We are delighted to invite you to this 3rd meeting of the Club Transmission, hosted by 2 graduates from the class of 1981: Pierre-Jean BROCHAND, Director and buyer of Mecasup, and Frédéric LAFAY, President of Exponens, Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.
We will be addressing the following topic: the valuation of a company, a key stage in the sale/buyout process.
The aim of this Club is to exchange best practices between alumni who have already had experience of selling or buying a company, or who are interested in the subject for a future project.
