Workshop - Identify your talents with collective intelligence to reach your professional goal

During this workshop, Maxime and Lara from Mherit will give you the opportunity to use collective intelligence tools to identify your talents and other levers to help you achieve your professional goals.

This workshop will interest you if you are :

- In a job : I want to change/ I'm out of breath, but I feel like I've got a mountain to climb and/or I don't know where to start.

- Looking for a job : I'm stuck in my search, I'm not getting much feedback on my actions and/or I don't know where to start or where to apply.

In this workshop, you'll :

  • Discover a new way of exploring career paths
  • Learn how to identify and develop your talents
  • Write your first step towards taking action
  • Share your feelings in a vulnerable and authentic way with your peers

At the end of the workshop, you'll have access to the exercises you've completed, the resources you've used and the means to continue your exploration.

Participant testimonial:

"It's like a booster. I've started to take an interest in the different levers of action, and the fact that we can share our feelings is very positive. "

This workshop will be led by Maxime and Lara, co-founders of the social enterprise Mherit. Mherit is a social enterprise whose mission is to unlock the potential of experienced talent, by reinventing the relationship between talent and committed organizations.
