General Assembly
The Alumni Association is pleased to invite you to its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting.
The Ordinary General Meeting, which will start at 7:00 pm sharp, aims to :
- to present the balance sheet for the 2022/2023 financial year, together with the management report
- to approve the financial statements for the year ended July 31, 2023
- Present the appropriation of net income for 2023.
- discuss the action plan for 2023/2024
- Adopt the provisional budget for the coming year.
An Extraordinary General Meeting will follow, with the following agenda:
- Adoption of new Articles of Association for the Association
- Powers
The AGM will be followed by a cocktail reception on campus, where everyone will be able to meet and exchange ideas.
If you are a member and you wish to give your proxy to another member:
- You must both be registered for the event.
- Please fill in the AGM 2023 proxy form and return it by email to: contact@alumni.emnormandie.com
- You will then be able to give your proxy to another member (who can accept up to 5 proxies) before Tuesday November 15 at 8:00 pm .
