General Assembly

We are delighted to invite you to the Alumni Association's Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday November 16 at 6:15pm.

A tour of the campus will be offered between 6:15 and 7:00 pm.

The Ordinary General Meeting, which starts at 7:00 pm sharp, has the following objectives:

- to present the balance sheet for the 2021/2022 financial year together with the management report

- to approve the financial statements for the year ended July 31, 2022

- to present the appropriation of net income for 2022

- to discuss the action plan for 2022/2023

- to adopt the provisional budget for the coming year.

This will be followed by an Extraordinary General Meeting with an agenda:

- Adoption of new bylaws for the Association

- Powers

The Annual General Meeting will be followed by a cocktail reception on campus, where everyone can get together for a chat.

If you are a contributor and wish to give your proxy to another contributor :

You must both be registered for the event.
Please fill in the enclosed AGM 2022 proxy form and return it by email to: contact@alumni.emnormandie.com
You will then be able to give your proxy to another paying member (who can accept up to 5 proxies) before Tuesday November 15 at 8:00 pm.
