The EM Normandie Foundation is delighted to introduce you to Carole DUFEY, graduate of the class of 1996, recently appointed member of the Board of Directors of the Alumni Network and committed donor. Her commitment to equal opportunities and to the development of her school perfectly embodies the values that bring our EM Normandie community to life.

A RICH AND VARIED CAREER

Graduating in 1996, Carole DUFEY is a proud ambassador for the class of 123. Her rich and diversified career path covers a wide range of experience in sales and management, from Sector Manager to General Manager. She has worked in a variety of sectors, including tobacco, hospitality, children's magazines and film distribution. Specialized in finance, fluent in English and having worked in human resources in a major group, she has strengthened her skills in talent management and support. These experiences have enabled her to develop excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to unite people around projects, qualities which have led her to actively support the École and its initiatives today, notably by joining the board of the Alumni network.

A STRONG COMMITMENT TO EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

Convinced that diversity is a strength, Carole encourages the Foundation to play an active role in the social openness of the École. "My background is in commerce and management, and I felt the need to give back to the School. I feel strongly about defending equal opportunities, whatever the students' projects, origins or aspirations." As a donor to the Foundation, Carole wants to make higher education more accessible to all talents. "Studies are already demanding enough; it's essential to support students so they can focus on their success."

AN APPEAL TO THE ALUMNI COMMUNITY TO SUPPORT THE FOUNDATION

Carole has also been involved in the School's re-accreditations over the past two years, an experience that has enabled her to appreciate the importance of having a Foundation within her establishment to ensure its development. Today, she is calling on all alumni to get involved: "Not enough alumni contribute, and the amounts raised by the Foundation are far from the levels of similar schools. We need to turn a corner to reinforce the quality and credibility of our School and our Foundation. We need to go further for the future of the School and our students!"

Join the Foundation and support tomorrow's leaders!
