About me:

A man of action, I've always loved risks and challenges: my involvement in combat sports, climbing, theatre and diving have enabled me to continually push back my limits.

When I left school in 2008 (#134), I worked in sales at Leroy Merlin for 16 years, where I held key roles in business development.
My human qualities naturally led me to coaching thanks to several training courses.
I've supplemented this training with an interest in personal development that I've been pursuing for over 10 years, which enables me to boost all the resources that human beings possess to overcome obstacles.

My generosity makes coaching my life's mission, and my energy makes it easy to inspire the desire to move forward!

My combination of seriousness and relaxation also means that I can bring respect to the situations expressed, while at the same time being comfortable revealing them, without any headaches.

Career path:

2008: Graduated from EMN with a specialisation in Audit-Finance
2008: Joined Leroy Merlin as a department manager
2010: I progress to sector manager
2014: I take up the post of management controller for my shop
2019 : I take responsibility for a sector to be restructured and managed until 2024.

I started out coaching colleagues for their career advancement, then others for their well-being, and now anyone who feels the need to do so, whatever the situation (I need to know all the ins and outs, as this often has an impact on the work-life balance).

Training:

I have several training courses that have led me to RNCP6 level: sales coaching, manager coach (KOCHEAM), coaching projet pro (S'coach), coaching with emotions (Accès Formation), beliefs in coaching (S'coach), Intuitions and decision in coaching (SYMBOS), change management, transactional analysis, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Wi-coach training (MHD Formation).
