TERMS OF ELECTION TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2024-2028

ELECTORS

Only life members of the Association Alumni EM Normandie are authorized to vote. Voting can be done in person or by giving a proxy to another paid-up life member of the Association.

VOTING PROCEDURES

Each elector votes in the college to which he or she belongs, in person on the EM Normandie campus in Clichy on 21/11/24 or by proxy to another life member of the Association:

- The "Graduates" college , made up of all graduates up to and including the class of 2023, as well as young graduates of the class of 2024 validated by the July 2024 jury.

Graduates vote for 7 graduate candidates.

- The "Students" college, made up of all students currently studying as well as the students of the class of 2024 who will be presented to the jury in December 2024.

Students vote for 3 student candidates.

The status of contributing student or contributing graduate is determined fifteen days before the Annual General Meeting.

PROXY

Voters who are life members and who are unable to attend the 2024-2028 Board of Directors election may give their proxy to another life member (mandatary). The proxy may receive up to 5 proxies.

To appoint a proxy :

- please complete and sign this "Power of Attorney" document

- Please fill in this form and attach the "Power of Attorney" document, duly completed and signed, together with your ID and that of your proxy.

All proxies must be sent no later than 19/11/2024.

ELECTION BOARD OF DIRECTORS

On election day, each candidate will be asked to pitch for 1 minute in front of the audience.

The election will take place after the votes on each resolution at the Annual General Meeting.

Each candidate is elected by absolute majority within the limit of the maximum number of positions to be filled within each of these two colleges, after counting the ballots handed out to participants on arrival at the event.

OFFICE ELECTION

The 10 elected members of the Board of Directors will meet with the 3 ex-officio members (Former President of the Alumni Association, President of the Foundation and General Manager of EM Normandie) to elect each position on the Bureau (President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer).

RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

The 10 elected members will be announced at the end of the meeting, on social networks and on the Alumni Association website the following day.
