Why become a Mentor?

1. Give the best of yourself: you've acquired skills, knowledge and experience that deserve to be shared. Mentoring is an opportunity to give back to the EM Normandie community what you've received, and to share your expertise with younger EMiens.
2. Build your network: mentoring provides a platform for expanding your professional network by meeting passionate students, influential graduates and other mentors who could become valuable allies.
3. Learn and identify talent: mentoring is a mutual exchange. You might be surprised by the new perspectives, fresh ideas and emerging skills you can discover through your interactions with students.

How does it work?

The EM Normandie Alumni Mentoring program is designed to maximize the benefits for all participants. You'll be matched with a student based on your skills, experience and areas of common interest. Mentoring can take place in person, by phone or online, to suit your preferences.
