Meet our 3 student directors on the 2024/2028 Board of Directors!
We are pleased to present our 3 student representatives on the Board of Directors, elected last November: Océane BARDIN (class of 2026), Térence FISCHER (class of 2025) and Arthur STREICHENBERGER (class of 2025).
"I'm a student on a Master 1 sandwich course. During my second year as an ambassador for the School, I was elected Alumni Referent. It was then that I realized that too few students were aware of the initiatives and actions put in place by the Alumni Association. Today, as a member of the board, my objective for the next four years is to pass on the needs and expectations of students to the association, in order to strengthen the link between celle-ci and the student community."
Océane BARDIN
"As a M2 Financial Data Management student at EM Normandie and a work-study student at EY in Financial & ESG Advisory, I'm passionate about economic and environmental issues and get involved in projects that combine finance and societal impact.
As a former president of the EM Normandie Student Federation, I spearheaded a number of initiatives aimed at improving student well-being, promoting the ecological transition and strengthening ties between students and the institution.
My background is enriched by experience in strategy consulting and a spell at BPCE, where I developed my expertise in financial analysis and project management.
As a member of the Alumni Board of Directors, my ambition is to create a link between students and graduates, to expose students to ambition and inspire them to pursue a career. I also want alumni to play an active role in the school's strategy, as stakeholders in its development. Lastly, I want to encourage alumni to support entrepreneurial projects undertaken by students and graduates.
Guided by the desire to combine performance and impact, I'm convinced that the collective energy of our network can make all the difference."
Térence FISCHER
"A student on a Master 2 sandwich course at Air France, I arrived at EM Normandie in my first year, a year during which I began to invest myself fully in the school. Associations, delegate and now on the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association, it's with great pleasure that I commit myself to making the students' voice heard.
My main objective is simple: to strengthen exchanges between communities, by proposing initiatives that encourage mutual aid, experience sharing and exchange. The major challenge is to make students understand the strength and power of this network, so that it can be exploited to the full.
And to get the full picture, come along to the Alumni Association's various events throughout the year to meet and exchange ideas with other students and former graduates.
See you soon!"
Arthur STREICHENBERGER
