Anne-Sophie COURTIER appointed Managing Director of EM Normandie
EM Normandie announces the appointment of Anne-Sophie COURTIER, current Director of Programs and member of the Executive Committee, to the position of Managing Director. Elected by the selection committee, she will officially take office on March 24, 2025. In the meantime, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee will continue to act as interim Managing Director.
Made up of 8 people - members of the Board of Directors and professionals closely associated with the life of the School - the selection committee chose Anne-Sophie COURTIER.
This choice enables the school to consolidate the stability of its governance in a changing ecosystem, and to pursue its mission to serve its local communities.

Anne-Sophie COURTIER holds a Master's degree in Private Law from the University of Caen Normandie (1998) and a Doctorate in Law from the University of Rouen Normandie ( 2005). Université de Rouen Normandie in 2005, Anne-Sophie COURTIER has extensive experience in higher education. She began her career at the University of Rouen Normandie, first as a teaching and research assistant, then as a lecturer in law.In 2006, she joined Neoma Business School as a teacher-researcher, before moving on to become Head of Pedagogy in 2017, then Deputy Director of the Grande Ecole Program in 2019. In particular, she piloted the project to merge the Programme Grande Ecole with the MSc Full Time programs, coordinating programs and cross-functional services. She joins EM Normandie in March 2024 as Director of Programs, member of the COMEX, and leads with excellence the redesign of the programs, in collaboration with the Faculty.
At 48, she becomes Managing Director of EM Normandie.
