Jean-Christophe RAVAUX began his career as a Business Controller with ECS Italia, a subsidiary of Société Générale. In 1996, he joined Hewlett-Packard in Paris, where he held the position of International Contract Manager for almost 4 years.

In 2000, he was recruited by Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he was promoted to Managing Director & Regional Sales Lead for France and Benelux less than 5 years later.

In 2008, he joined Capgemini, where he contributed to the launch and hyper-growth of the outsourcing business, holding several positions over 10 years, from Global Sales Manager to BU Europe & APAC Sales Manager.

In 2018, he was recruited by The Adecco Group in Switzerland as SVP, Global Head of Sales in charge of worldwide sales for the HR services leader, a position he held for 3 years.

In October 2021, Jean-Christophe joined Bouygues Telecom to take up the position of General Manager for B2B markets, bringing together the group's Enterprise, Wholesale, 5G and IoT activities.
