Thibaud Brière will fuel our discussions on the subject, drawing on his experience as a corporate philosopher immersed for 7 years in an industrial group. He will explain to us what a corporate philosophy is, what changes these companies are undergoing today, and what major trends he sees emerging in our organizations for the future.

About Thibaud Brière:

Thibaud Brière, former corporate philosopher for an industrial group, is a graduate of HEC, holds a DEA in philosophy and is a laureate of the Académie des sciences morales et politiques. He published Le pouvoir au-delà du pouvoir (Bourin, 2012), on the philosophy of the Hervé Group, co-written with its chairman and founder Michel Hervé. In November 2021, he published Toxic Management with Robert Laffont, recounting his experience as an employee philosopher in a major corporation. He is currently Director of Professional Communities at IdealCo, a company offering local authority employees dematerialized spaces for dialogue and collaboration.
