Parcours Avenir Conversations - Managing Generation Z
For the first edition of the "Conversations du Parcours Avenir" webinars, which will host an expert on the chosen career theme, we propose the theme: "Managing Generation Z".
Our Facilitator and Alumni Myriam DESCHAMPS (Class of 1998), will lead this moment of sharing with our expert Béatrice DECOOP, Sociologist and Consultant in Intergenerational Management.
Béatrice will share her survey results and her thoughts on what it means to be "young in 2023" and what this implies in terms of relationship to work, in a context of transformation marked, in particular, by the Covid and the development of telework.
